These photos are just glimpses of her life, moments frozen on film. What they do not show is the essence of her as a person. She is a lovely, hard working and dedicated mom; (she gets that from me). I'm proud of the woman she has become and I am privileged to have raised her. First Lady Jackie Kennedy once said, if you failed raising your children, it really doesn't matter what else you do in your life. A very jealous girl left a message for Carrie "how does it feel always being second to everyone". This girl obviously is always second in every way or she wouldn't have been posting such a message to a very popular and well liked woman. Believe me, no one of my family is second to anyone. [Carrie is a descendant of the Murray and Richards families.]
My sister Sandy had just brought over this yellow satin pillow for my daughter, Carrie Ann. Carrie was two months old in this photo taken on October 10, 1977. At birth Carrie weighed 5 lbs. 6 ozs and was 17 inches long.
